Mt. Kearsarge

Educational Impact Campaign

#Mount Kearsarge Pony is one of the oldest local USPC Pony Clubs in the nation.  It was started in 1965 by Liz Young and others horse loving people from the Warner NH area.  Currently the club has 13 members from Concord, Hopkinton, Warner, Bradford and surrounding towns.  We have monthly unmounted meetings focused on horse knowledge and horse management and offer mounted clinics.

Educational Impact Campaign

Liz Young from Warner NH, founded the Mount Kearsarge Pony Club in 1965. Today, Mount Kearsarge Pony Club is one of the oldest, continuously operating organizations in the United States.   Generations of kids have been able,  through our Pony Club, to experience the unique life changing skills that a relationship with a horse or pony provides. (Would be great if you could insert an older picture of Liz with a pony club member)

Since 1965 Mount Kearsarge Pony Club has offered hands-on, step by step, equine education and horse management knowledge.   Underlying all activities is the practice of safety for both horse and rider.

Mount Kearsarge Pony Club continues to keep costs low for our members, but we need your help to make this happen.

Our Pony Club is embarking on a three-year Education Impact Campaign. The goal is to raise $12,000 over three years, with an annual goal of $4,000 per year.

Your gift will help educate young equestrians through unmounted and mounted meetings and help the kids participate in local rallies and ratings.  The goal is for the club to maintain a robust educational program that is not exclusionary.

Our Pony Club appreciates your donation so we can continue to provide the experience for this generation.
